Dillon Welch is a 16-year-old racer from Carmel, Indiana.  Driving for legendary car builder Bob East, Welch is in his first season competing in the USAC Regional Midget Series.  He began his racing career in quarter midgets at age seven before transitioning to Kenyon Midgets at age 13.  He has won a championship in every division in which he has ever raced.  Off the track, Dillon will be a junior at Carmel High School, and is an A student.  He likes to spend his free time at the race shop or in the gym working out.  To relax, Dillon enjoys playing guitar and piano.
